What are your return and exchange policy?
Your return or exchange must reach us within 14 days* from the date of receiving the delivery.
How do I return or exchange an order?
- Pack your unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with its original tag attached to the product.
- Contact us for the return address. We can also arrange a courier to pick up at $8 (within Singapore).
- After your return's been confirmed, you'll be issued a full refund back to your credit card.
- Your return will be processed within 7 business days from when we receive it.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
How do I sell back the items to you?
There is no expiry date to sell back our clothing to us.

If you would like to proceed to sell back the items to us, follow these steps:
- Fill up this online form.
- Contact us for the address and send the clothing to us.
- Wait for us to receive and confirm your sell-back.
- Receive money back via your preferred method.
We only accept items in a good, resalable condition that are not altered or damaged.
If items are rejected, you can either pick up your items or leave it to us to recycle them responsibly.
